Typographical Errors

In the event that a Your Unique Arms™ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Your Unique Arms™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Your Unique Arms™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

HOW MUCH ARE TAXES?

Sales taxes will be collected from customers residing in Texas or North Carolina, where Your Unique Arms™ has a nexus.

MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Generally uncommon in nature, it does happen from time to time. An instance may occur when a package might end up missing, stolen, or damaged from the delivery address. All Packages are shipped fully insured.

Both Your Unique Arms™ and the manufacturer are NOT responsible for the following conditions:

• Incorrect address being input by customer during order
• Missing or Stolen package when the order shows delivered
• Damage to goods during shipping or delivery

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

We will start to process your order as quickly as possible, in most cases is immediately upon receipt of order and payment, except for weekends and Holidays. From the time you place your order with Your Unique Arms™, you will normally have a 30 – 40-minute window to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund 14 days after delivery of the product. At Your Unique Arms™' discretion if after the 14 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. All returns must have the Order Number for the purchase item included with your return.

Items must be in "New, in original packaging, unmarked, unaltered and unused condition." Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• Without showing any signs of wear or damage in any way, packaging remains intact
• Within 14 days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
• Must not be a special order or a custom order

There is only a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are returned for refund due to mis-purchased or change of mind.

WARNING

Your Unique Arms™ strongly recommends that any and all firearms accessories or components be installed by a certified armorer. Firearms are technical and intricate systems. Improper installation of accessories may result in a dangerous malfunctioning condition which may cause damage to the firearm, serious injury or death to the shooter or other persons.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Your Unique Arms™ or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Unique Arms™, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Your Unique Arms™ may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Your Unique Arms™, Your Unique Arms™ has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Your Unique Arms™.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
